Lose weight Permanently

The question that the people always ask me is "How to lose weight fast?" Well, you should know that the instant thing not always good. Many diet programs outside there promise you one thing 'lose weight quickly', then after join it for a few weight, your weight regain back. Now choose do you want to lose weight quickly but regain your weight back or lose weight slowly but permanent weight loss?

For me, I will choose the slow one but it's permanent. I will lose 2 pounds a week again and again then after one year, I already have the ideal weight. For help you make it happen, follow this strategy:

1. Eat more often Split your 3 big meals became 5 small meals, eat it frequently around 4 hours. It will keep your for full along day not eat unnecessary snack. And you will be able to boost your metabolism, burn the fat storage.

2. Avoid the junk food Maybe you hate to count the calorie intake. Just avoid all junk food already help you.

3. Protein Protein will help you in building muscle lean. It also help you to keep your stomach full along day. If that happen, you will be able in burning fat faster.

4. Exercise Yes, all diet programs will suggest you in doing exercise. Choose the exercise you like that make move more often. Jogging, biking, swimming, or everything you like. Just make regular, five times in a week.

If you keep doing this, you will be able to lose 2 pounds every 7 days. And after the 1 year, you're the NEW YOU.
